The Crage Credenza is specifically designed to fit and dignify the unique patterning of standard american milk crates. It uses an angled half-lap joinery system to expose the crates in a sawtooth pattern while remaining a slim piece of furniture itself. I use the shelf without crates, entirely for books, which creates unique arrangement opportunities including sawtooth and angled stacks. This piece is made using only a single five-by-five sheet of plywood.
